E-mail Print PDF

Pi2 Confections Fake CakePi2 Confections in New Hampshire specializes in fake cakes that look great throughout the entire wedding reception and cost less than traditional cakes. Made out of Styrofoam, the cakes don't lean like real cakes are prone to do after sitting out all day at room temperature.

Pi2 Confections provides a wedge of real cake on the bottom tier for the bride and groom to use for the traditional cutting of the cake. No one will ever know the rest of the cake is fake! They also provide a complimentary cake top for the married couple to enjoy on their one year anniversary. Couples can order sheet cake for their wedding guests to eat, which tastes fresher than a traditional cake that has been on display all day.

Duff GoldmanDuff Goldman is probably best known for the Food Network show Ace of Cakes. He owns Charm City Cakes in Baltimore, Maryland. He also has appeared in several Food Network Cake Challenges.

Duff is known for his unusual choice of cake tools - drills, blow torches, and other power tools are often used in the creation of his cakes. The Charm City Cakes web site currently lists a minimum cake price of $1000, but pricing varies due to the unique nature of the cakes.

When Ace of Cakes first premiered in 2006, it was one of the Food Network's highest-rated prime time shows. It has been renewed for a 5th season.
